How can I create my own stay?

If you do not already have a booking with us you may book online. 


I have already made a reservation, how can I add an arrival option to my booking?

Once you have a booking with us you can add a special request to enhance your stay by contating us at info@laresidenceankor.com with your booking reference and the dates of your stay and we will do everything we can to assist.   


How will my arrival options be confirmed?

Once we have received your reservation and your additional options request we will check availability of each arrival option you have chosen and confirm by e-mail if we are able to fulfil your request.


When will I be charged for my arrival options?

Any arrival options that have been confirmed by e-mail will be charged when you check-out at the end of your stay.  Payment will not be taken until this time.
