Most recently, he had worked for a large hotel chain as an Executive Sous-Chef in Dubai before joining the team at La Résidence d’Angkor.
He describes his cuisine as a classical European taste with a modern twist. He is influenced by the Michelin Chef, Daniel Galmiche, who he worked with, as well as by his personal travels.
These have given him the opportunity to experience different cuisines, allowing him to incorporate various cultural twists into his own personal dishes.
Each dish has a special touch that is unique in flavour allowing each guest to have a remarkable dining experience. Many patrons of the hotel’s restaurant “The Dining Room” have already complimented him. |
